复合益生菌制剂对白羽王鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究复合益生菌(枯草芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌)对56日龄白羽王鸽生长性状、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取同一天孵化并出雏的种鸽108对,随机分成对照组、复合益生菌组和抗生素组三组,每组6个重复,每个重复6对种鸽及12只1日龄乳鸽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,复合益生菌组饲喂基础日粮+复合益生菌,抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+抗生素。结果表明:复合益生菌组28~56日龄平均日增重显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05);复合益生菌组胸肌率显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05),腿肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),腹脂率显著低于抗生素组(P<0.05);复合益生菌组脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胸腺指数显著高于抗生素组和对照组(P<0.05);复合益生菌组白球比和尿素氮显著低于抗生素组(P<0.05),总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加复合益生菌可以改善白羽王鸽的生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance,slaughter performance,immune organ index and serum biochemical index of white King pigeon. One hundred and eight pairs of breeding pigeons were selected and randomly divided into 3 test groups(control group,compound probiotics group and antibiotics group),each group with 6 replicates,each replicate with 6 pairs of breeding pigeons and 12 one-day-age squabs.control group were fed the basal diet,compound probiotics group were fed the basal diet with compound probiotics,antibiotics group were fed the basal diet with antibiotics. The results showed as follows:The average daily gain of 28 to 56 days of age in the compound probiotics group was significantly higher than that of control group and antibiotic group(P<0.05),breast muscle rate of which was significantly higher than that of antibiotics group(P<0.05),leg muscle rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),abdominal fat rate was significantly lower than that of antibiotics group(P<0.05);The spleen index of compound probiotics group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),thymus index of which was significantly higher than that of control group and antibiotics group(P<0.05);The albumin/globulin ratio and blood urea nitrogen of compound probiotics group were significantly lower than that of antibiotics group(P<0.05),the contents of cholesterol,triglyceride and low density liporotein were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). In summary,compound probiotics could improve growth performance,slaughter performance,immune organ index and serum biochemical index of white King pigeon.
