复合乳酸菌制剂在防治奶牛乳房炎方面的应用研究

摘  要:
本文研究了复合乳酸菌制剂在防治奶牛乳房炎方面的临床效果,分别从内蒙古自治区、天津市、山东省及江苏省等7个省市(区)的14家大中型牧场的2万头奶牛样本中选取2 624头荷斯坦奶牛进行试验,饲喂含5.0×10~8CFU/g的干酪乳杆菌HM-09(Lactobacillus casei HM-09)和植物乳杆菌HM-10(Lactobacillus plantarum HM-10)复合乳酸茵制剂,饲喂剂量为50~200 g/头·d,DHI和CMT法检测结果表明饲喂5~15 d即可见效:奶牛乳房炎乳区改善率高达80%以上;牛乳中体细胞数量下降显著,由平均(89.51±4.3)万个/mL下降到(39.49±2.1)万个/mL,下降率55.88%,且产奶量明显提高结果表明,复合乳酸菌制剂可以有效防治奶牛乳房炎、降低牛乳中体细胞数量、提高产奶量,具有良好的应用前景。

摘  要:
2624 Holstein cows were selected from 14 pastures to study the effects of combined lactic acid bacteria on improvement bovine mastitis and enhancement milk production.The pastures add up to 20000 Holstein cows existed in Tianjin,Shandong province,Henan province and Inner Mongolia,et al.Each Holstein cows was added 50~200 g/d of combined probiotics of Lactobacillus casei HM-09 and Lactobacillus plantarum HM-10 with the viable count of 2.5×10~8 CFU/g,and continued feeding until it worked.CMT test and DHI test indicated that combined lactic acid bacteria could prevent bovine mastitis with more than 80.00%effective rate.The number of somatic cell in milk decreased obviously(P<0.05) from 895.1 thousand to 394.9 thousand per mL,decreased 55.88%.And the milk production increased greatly(P<0.05).The results after feeding 5~15 days indicated that the combined lactic acid bacteria could improve the bovine mastitis,reduce the number of somatic cell in milk and increase milk production.Therefore,the combined lactic acid bacteria could prevent the bovine mastitis.
