玉米赤霉烯酮检测方法研究现状

摘  要:
玉米赤霉烯酮是一种常见的饲料霉菌毒素,是世界范围内污染农作物最严重的霉菌毒素之一。当畜禽采食了被玉米赤霉烯酮污染的饲料后,会对机体造成生殖毒性、肝肾毒性、细胞毒性、免疫毒性,甚至还可在机体组织中残留,通过动物性食品危及人类的健康,所以,精准的检测出饲料及饲料原料和食品中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素含量,对于保证食品安全具有重要的意义。因此,论文对国内外玉米赤霉烯酮目前检测方法如免疫分析法、分子印迹固相萃取、QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱、生物传感器等优点及存在的问题进行综述,为以后开发出更经济、更快捷、更精确、更安全、更易推广的玉米赤霉烯酮检测方法提供参考。

摘  要:
Zearalenone is a common feed mycotoxin and one of the most serious mycotoxins that pollute crops in the world.When livestock and poultry eat the feed contaminated with zearalenone, it will cause reproductive toxicity, liver and kidney toxicity, cytotoxicity, immunotoxicity, and even remain in the body tissues, endangering human health through animal food.Therefore, the accurate detection of zearalenone toxin content in feed, feed ingredients and food is of great significance for ensuring food safety.Therefore, the paper reviewed the advantages and existing problems of current detection methods for zearalenone at home and abroad, such as immunoassay, molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction, QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, biosensor, etc.It provided the basis for development of more economical, faster, more accurate, safer and easier to popularize detection methods for zearalenone.
