光合细菌产氢系统产热速率影响因素

摘  要:
以产氢细菌为试验菌种,采用单因子试验的方法,研究了光合细菌产氢系统产热速率的影响因素,结果表明:不同产氢条件下系统产热速率均呈先增加后减小的趋势,最大产热速率一般出现在6~8 h。初始温度、光照度和接种量对产氢系统的产热速率有显著影响,葡萄糖浓度和NH4+浓度对产热速率有一定的影响,但相对较小。初始温度为27℃、光照度为3000 Lx、接种量为10%、葡萄糖浓度4.0%、NH4+浓度为0.6 g/L时,光合细菌产氢系统的产热速率最大。该文为光合细菌制氢技术的工业化以及光合生物制氢反应器运行过程中温度控制系统的设计提供了依据。

摘  要:
The influencing factors of heat production rate of hydrogen production system of photosynthetic bacteria were studied under different experimental conditions.The results showed that the heat production rate first increased and then decreased,and the maximum heat production rate often appeared at 6~8 h.The effects of initial temperature, illumination intensity and inoculation amount on the heat production rate were significant,while the effects of concentrations of glucose and NH4 + were relatively less.When the initial temperature was 27℃,illuminationintensity was 3000 Lx,inoculation amount was 10%,the glucose concentration was 4.0%and the NH4 +concentration was 0.6 g/L, the heat production rate was higher.The results provide theoretical bases for the industrialization of hydrogen production technology and the design of temperature control system in the operation of photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production system.
