不同预处理对颗粒污泥利用厨余物产氢性能的影响

摘  要:
[目的]介绍不同预处理方法对提高厌氧颗粒污泥利用餐厨余物产氢能力的影响。[方法]分别用热处理法、微波处理法和甲烷抑制剂法对产甲烷厌氧颗粒污泥进行预处理,在产气高峰测定气体成分,终止反应后测定反应物中有机酸成分以及脱氢酶活性等生化指标。[结果]3种预处理方法对提高产氢效率均有很好的促进作用。热处理的最适条件为:在121℃处理15~20 min或80~100℃处理30 min,氢气含量可达54%;微波处理的最适条件为:微波功率70 W,处理时间6 min,H2含量可达50%左右;甲烷抑制剂(BES)处理的最适条件为:BES剂量1.0 g,氢气含量可达45%。[结论]热处理是一种较为理想的预处理方法。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to introduce the influences of different pretreatment methods on enhancing of hydrogen-producting capability of anaerobic granular sludge by utilizing kichen waste.[Method] The heat-treatment,microwave-treatment and methane inhibitor methods were used to pretreat the anaerobic granular sludge producing methane.The gas components were determined at the peak of gas production and the biochemical indices such as organic acid component and dehydrogenase activity in the reacted substance were determined after the reaction ended.[Result] The three pretreatment methods had very good promoting effect on enhancing hydrogen productivity.The optimum condition for heat-treatment was treating at 121 ℃ for 15~20 min or at 80~100 ℃ for 30 min with the hydrogen content reaching 54 %,that for microwave treatment was microwave power of 70 W and treatment time of 6 min with the hydrogen content reaching 50 %,and that for methane inhibitor(BES) treatment was BES dosage of 1.0 g with the hydrogen content reaching 45 %.[Conclusion] Heat-treatment was a more perfect pretreatment method.
