棉子壳菌糠的营养价值分析

摘  要:
对不同收菇次数棉子壳菌糠的获得率和营养物质含量进行了分析。结果表明,随着收菇次数的增加,棉子壳菌糠的获得率减少;不同收菇次数对棉子壳菌糠的营养成分影响较大,以第三茬菇收获后菌糠的营养成分含量最好。

摘  要:
The rate and the nutrition composition of the edible fungi residue with cottonseed shell as fermentation medium from different harvesting degree were analyzed in the experiment.The results showed that the achieve rate of edible fungi residue decresed with the increment of harvesting degree.The nutrition constituent was the best after the third harvesting degree.
