苯酚对土壤中磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶的影响

摘  要:
研究了苯酚对土壤中过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明:在所选定的处理浓度下,经苯酚处理后,磷酸酶活性均高于对照土样,且随着苯酚浓度的增加,刺激作用愈大。高浓度苯酚对磷酸酶活性的影响更为迅速,除100 mg/kg苯酚处理样品的磷酸酶活性最高值出现在第20天外,其余4个样品的磷酸酶活性均在12 d时达到最大值。苯酚对过氧化氢酶的影响表现为抑制作用,且随着苯酚浓度的增加,抑制作用增强。所有土样在处理12 d时,过氧化氢酶活性达到最高值,12d后酶活逐渐下降。

摘  要:
The present paper was conducted to study the effect of tea phenol on the activity of catalase and phosphatase in soil.The results indicated that under the given concentrations,phosphatase activity in the tea-phenol-treated soil were higher than CK.The activity of phosphatase raised gradually with the increasing of tea phenol concentration.Higher concentration of tea phenol affect the activity of phosphatase more rapidly,phosphatase activity was highest at 20th day except for T2 sample,while for other soil sample,the maximum of phoshatase activity were found at 12th day.Tea tea phenol inhibited catalase in soil,and its inhibitory effect was increasing with the increasing of concentration.Catalase activity were the highest at 12th day,and then gradually reduced in all soil samples.
