通过研究应用温度可控的导热油烘干加工龙眼干技术、龙眼肉烘干机加工龙眼肉技术及筛选最佳活性干酵母菌开发桂圆白兰地技术研究与应用,总结一套经济实用的导热油烘干龙眼干技术、龙眼肉烘焙技术及桂圆白兰地生产技术规范,指导泉州市龙眼产业规模化加工生产,提升龙眼加工水平,提高企业与果农经济效益,促进泉州市龙眼产业健康可持续发展.

摘  要:
In this paper,proc essing techniques of dried longan by heat conduction oil under controlled temperature,processing techniques of longan pulp by drier and development techniques of longan brandy screening optimum active dry yeast were studied and applied.The paper summarized a set of cost-effective and practical processing techniques of dried longan by heat conduction oil,drying techniques of longan pulp and technology qualification of longan brandy.They could guide large-scale processing of longan industry in Quanzhou,improve processing level of longan,improving the economic benefits of enterprises and fruit growers and advance healthy and sustainable development of longgan industry in Quanzhou.
