培养基对节杆菌产β─呋喃果糖苷酶活力的影响

摘  要:
节杆菌(AS)能够产生一种β-呋喃果糖苷酶,该酶能以蔗糖和乳糖为底物,合成低聚乳果糖(LS)。这是一种功能性低聚糖,对人体健康有益,有很好的发展前景。实验研究了培养基组成对节杆菌产β-呋喃果糖苷酶活力的影响,确定最佳培养基的配方为蔗糖4%、酵母膏1.60%、牛肉膏0.50%、KH_2PO_40.20%、(NH_4)_2HPO_40.40%。

摘  要:
Arthrobactor sp. can produce β-fructorfuranosidase. This enzyme can use sucrose and Lactose as raw materials and then sgnthesize lactosucrose. Lactosucrose is a functional oligosaccharide and is health for human body. In this paper, the effect of medium component on β-fructofuranosidase activity from AS was studied. The best medium was selected: 4%su- crose, 1.60%yerst extract, 0.50%beef extract, 0.20%KH_2PO_4, 0.40% (NH_4)_2HPO_4.
