百香果废弃物与平菇废菌渣结合对紫灵芝生长与品质的影响

摘  要:
[目的]提高百香果废弃物的利用率。[方法]以紫灵芝为对象,研究百香果废弃枝条、果皮与平菇废菌渣结合对紫灵芝生长的影响。[结果]培养基中添加一定比例的百香果废弃物与平菇废菌渣对紫灵芝生长具有一定的促进作用。母种培养基中分别添加百香果果皮与平菇废菌渣150~250 g/L、100 g/L,可提高菌丝生长速度至8.7~8.9 mm/d;原种、栽培种培养基中分别添加30%~45%、45%~60%的百香果果皮,菌丝生长速度分别可以达到8.5、7.5 mm/d;百香果废弃枝条与平菇废菌渣以60%:(20~25)%比例结合的出芝培养基上,生物学转化率可达76%~77%。[结论]该文的研究结果对百香果加工剩余物及生产中产生的废弃枝条在食用菌上的应用提供了较好的供鉴,对于提高百香果产业附加值及废弃物利用具有一定意义。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim of this study was to enhance the utilization rate of the waste material of passion fruit(Passiflora edulia Sims). [Method] The effect of the combination of the waste branches and peel of passion fruit with the cultivation residues of Pleurotus ostreatus on the growth of Ganoderma sinense was studied.[Result] The results showed that adding a certain proportion of the waste material of passion fruit and the residues of Pleurotus ostreatus to the medium had a certain promoting effect on the growth of Ganoderma sinense.The growth velocity of mycelia could be increased to 8.7-8.9 mm/d by adding 150-250 g/L and 100 g/L the peel of passionfruit and the cultivation residue of Pleurotus ostreatus in the first spawn medium,respectively. The growth rate of mycelium were 8.5 mm/d and 7.5 mm/d when 30%-45% and 45%-60% of the peel of passion fruit were added to the medium of secondary spawn and culture spawn,respectively. The biological conversion rate of the culture medium with full of mycelium was 76%-77% when the waste branches saw of passion fruit were combined with the cultivation residue of Pleurotus ostreatus in the proportion of 60% :(20 ~25)%.[Conclusion] The results of this study provided a good reference for the application of the processing residues and the waste branches in the production of passion fruit in the edible fungus,and had a certain significance for improving the added value of passion fruit industry and waste utilization.
