响应面法优化苦瓜甾醇超声提取工艺

摘  要:
采用响应面法优化苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)甾醇超声辅助提取最佳工艺条件,对提取溶剂种类、料液比、超声功率、超声时间分别进行单因素试验,并利用响应面法对苦瓜甾醇超声辅助提取的主要工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,苦瓜甾醇超声提取最佳工艺条件为料液比9.7∶1(m L∶g),提取功率589 W,提取时间45.5 min,此工艺条件下苦瓜甾醇得率为48.39 mg/g。

摘  要:
Ultrasonic extraction techniques of phytosterols from balsam pear(Momordica charantia L.) by response surface methodology was optimized. Single factor experiments were conducted on extraction solvent types,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time,ultrasonic power, on the basis of this, response surface method were adopted to determine the optimal technique of phytosterols extraction. The results showed that the best technological conditions of phytosterols extraction from balsam pear were the ratio of solid to liquid 9.7 ∶1(m L ∶g), ultrasonic power 589 W, extraction time 45.5 min. Yield of the phytosterols was48.39 mg / g.
