苦瓜DNA提取方法的比较

摘  要：
采用CTAB法、SDS法、SDS-CTAB法、试剂盒法4种方法提取苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)叶片基因组DNA,并使用分光光度法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测提取所得DNA的纯度和浓度。结果表明,SDS-CTAB法和试剂盒法提取的基因组DNA纯度高于CTAB法和SDS法,其中SDS-CTAB法提取的DNA浓度和产率高于其他方法。

摘  要：
CTAB method,SDS method,SDS-CTAB method and kit method were applied to extract total DNA from Momordica charantia L.The purity and concentration of DNA obtained was detected by spectrophotometry and agarose gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that the purity of DNA extracted by SDS-CTAB method and kit method was higher than CTAB method and SDS method.The concentration and yield of DNA extracted by SDS-CTAB method was higher than other methods.
