小麦籽粒形状参数分形特性研究及应用

摘  要:
小麦籽粒的长度、宽度、厚度、单粒质量等参数是小麦籽粒品质检测分级的重要参数。采用适合离散函数的网格法研究小麦籽粒的长度、宽度、厚度、单粒质量等参数间的分形特性。研究表明对于研究的4种小麦籽粒,各参数间的分形维数在0~1之间,厚度与宽度间的分形维数差别较大,样品数为40和45粒时,利用厚度与宽度间的分形维数可将4种小麦籽粒完全分开。

摘  要:
The parameters of length, width, thickness and weight of a single kernel are the important parameters for quality inspection and grading of wheat kernels. Fractional characteristics between length, width, thickness and weight of a single kernel were studied by using net method that adapted to the discrete function. Results showed that of four kinds of wheat kernels that had been studied, fractional dimension value between the parameters was between 0~1, difference on fractional dimension value between the parameters width and thickness was bigger than others, four kinds of wheat kernels could be separated completely by using fractional dimension value between the perimeters width and thickness, while number of samples was between 40~45.
