摘  要:
为探讨60Co-γ射线对杏李花粉的辐射效应,以杏李杂交新品种味王、恐龙蛋、味馨为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了基因型、剂量率、剂量等因素对60Co-γ辐射后杏李花粉发芽率的影响。结果表明,不同杏李品种花粉发芽率在不同剂量、剂量率60Co-γ辐射后当天达到最高值;影响杏李花粉发芽率因素的主次关系依次为基因型﹥剂量率﹥剂量;不同杏李品种的最佳辐射剂量和剂量率分别为:味馨杏李花粉20Gy、0.6Gy·min-1;恐龙蛋杏李花粉150Gy、0.6Gy·min-1;味王杏李花粉50Gy,0.6Gy·min-1。因此,应选用适宜的剂量及剂量率辐射不同杏李品种花粉,并在辐射后立即授粉进行远缘杂交育种。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of 60Co-γ-rays irradiation on pollen of hybrids of plum and apricot, the influences of genotype, dose rate and dose on the irradiated pollen germination rate were studied by orthogonal test design using the cultivars Tasteking, Konglongdan and Weixin. The results showed that the pollen germination rates of different hybrids of plum and apricot cultivars were all maximum on the day when the pollen was radiated by 60Co-γ with different dose and dose rate. According to the influence on pollen germination, the factors were in the sequence of genotypes > dose rate > dose. The best pollen radiative dose and dose rate were 20 Gy at 0.6 Gy·min-1 for Weixin, 150 Gy at 0.6 Gy·min-1 for Konglongdan, and 50 Gy at 0.6 Gy·min-1 for Tasteking . The results suggested that different hybrids of plum and apricot cultivars pollen should be radiated by the optimum dose and dose rate and the pollination work should be done immediately after radiation in distant hybridization breeding.
