不同发酵豆粕产品替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾生长影响的研究

摘  要:
试验分别对比了2个不同厂家发酵豆粕产品(FSBⅠ与FSBⅡ)及去皮豆粕(SB)替代饲料中14.3%与28.6%的鱼粉(对照组为鱼粉35%+SB15%)时,饲喂初体重为0.55 g左右的凡纳滨对虾49 d后幼虾的生长情况。结果表明,用去皮豆粕替代鱼粉有明显的抑制凡纳滨对虾摄食与体重增加作用。在14.3%的鱼粉替代水平,FSBⅠ与FSBⅡ试验组凡纳滨对虾的成活率、摄食量、增重率及饵料系数差异不显著(P>0.05);在28.6%鱼粉替代水平,FSBⅠ与FSBⅡ组均表现出显著提高成活率的优势(P<0.05),FSBⅠ替代组虾的摄食量保持不变(P>0.05)、饵料利用率显著提高(P<0.05)、增重率显著增加(P<0.05),FSBⅡ的28.6%替代组对虾摄食量与饵料利用率降低(P>0.05)、体增重极显著下降(P<0.01)。因此,作为凡纳滨对虾饲料中部分鱼粉的替代物,2个不同厂家的发酵豆粕产品均优于去皮豆粕;高水平替代鱼粉(28.6%)时,FSBⅠ由于营养成分利用率高,鱼粉替代效果优于FSBⅡ。

摘  要:
Comparative studies on effects of substitution of fermentative soybean meal(FSBⅠ and FSBⅡ) for 14.3% or 28.6% fishmeal(35% fishmeal and soybean meal 15% for the control) in feed on growth of 0.55 g L.vannamei for 49 days were studied.Results were as follows,compared with the control,shrimp fed soybean meal feed prevailed depressed ingestion and thus reduced body weight gain.Differences of survivor rate,feed ingestion and FCR between FSBⅠ and FSBⅡ at 14.3% fishmeal substitution level were not significant(P>0.05),advantages of improved survivor rate for L.vannamei feeding FSBⅠ or FSBⅡ at 28.6% fishmeal substitution level were observed(P<0.05).Ingestion of feed remained stable(P>0.05),FCR was decreased,body weight gain was improved(P<0.05) for shrimp in FSBⅠ team.On the contrary,shrimps in FSBⅡ team prevailed decreased ingestion and higher FCR(P>0.05),lower body weight gain(P<0.01).Consequently,as a substitution for fishmeal in feed,FSBⅠ and FSBⅡ were superior for soybean meal,FSBⅠ had a higher nutritive value than that of FSBⅡ,thus exerted better growth results when substitute for fishmeal at high level in shrimp feed.
