摘  要:
探讨β-葡萄糖苷酶酶解蜂胶黄酮苷的工艺参数。通过β-葡萄糖苷酶酶解蜂胶黄酮苷,提高酶解产物中杨梅黄酮、槲皮素、芹菜素、松属素等黄酮苷元的含量,可以明显提高蜂胶提取物的抗氧化性。

摘  要:
The process parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis of flavonoid glycosides in propolis with β-glucosidase were discussed.The contents of many flavonoid aglycones in hydrolyzates of propolis were increased,such as myricetin,quercetin,apigenin and pinocembrine.The hydrolyzates of propolis have stronger antioxidant activity than the original propolis.
