激素浸种对滇青冈苗木生长和生物量积累的影响

摘  要:
【目的】分析不同浓度激素组合浸种对滇青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides)苗木生长、生物量积累和水含率的影响,为培育滇青冈壮苗提供参考依据。【方法】采用L16(43)正交设计开展不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)组合浸泡4个滇青冈家系种子(家系1~家系4)试验,分析各处理组合滇青冈家系苗木的地径、苗高及根、茎、叶、全株生物量和水含率差异。【结果】以1.5 g/L GA3+25.0 mg/L 6-BA浸泡滇青冈家系1种子,其苗木的地径最粗,为2.39 mm;以1.5 g/L GA3浸泡滇青冈家系2种子,其苗木的苗高最高,为14.3 cm;以1.5 g/L GA3+25.0 mg/L 6-BA浸泡家系1种子及以2.5 g/L GA3+50.0 mg/L 6-BA浸泡家系2种子,其苗木根和叶的生物量较高,分别为0.198、0.255 g/株和0.199、0.260 g/株;以2.5 g/L GA3+50.0 mg/L 6-BA浸泡家系2种子,其苗木茎和全株的生物量最高,分别为0.164和0.622 g/株。【结论】家系是影响滇青冈幼苗生长及生物量积累的主要因子;1.5和2.5 g/L GA3浸种可有效促进滇青冈苗木生长和生物量积累,25.0和50.0 mg/L 6-BA浸种可分别促进滇青冈苗木地径生长及全株和茎的生物量积累。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to provide reference for cultivating sound seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides,the effects of hormone combinations with different concentrations soaking seeds on the seedling growth,biomass accumulation and moisture content of C. glaucoides families were analyzed.【Method】The L16(43)orthogonal design was applied to implement the experiment of the gibberellin(GA3)and 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)treatment combinations with different concentrations soaking the seeds of four C. glaucoides families(family No.1-4). The differences of basal diameters(BDs),seedling heights(SHs),roots,stems,leaves,biomass of the whole seedling and moisture contents of C. glaucoides families seedlings in different treatment combinations were analyzed.【Result】The treatment combination of 1.5 g/L GA3 and 25.0 mg/L 6-BA soaking the C. glaucoides No.1 family seeds presented the maximum BD(2.39 mm)of the seedlings,the treatment combination of 1.5 g/L GA3 soaking the C. glaucoides No.2 family seeds showed the maximum SH(14.3 cm)of the seedlings,the treatment combination of 1.5 g/L GA3 and 25.0 mg/L 6-BA soaking the No.1 family seeds and the treatment combination of 2.5 g/L GA3 and 50.0 mg/L 6-BA soaking the No.2 family seeds presented the highest biomass of the roots and leaves of the seedlings,being 0.198 and 0.199 g/seedlings for the roots and 0.255 and 0.260g/seedlings for the leaves respectively. The treatment combination of 2.5 g/L GA3 and 50.0 mg/L 6-BA soaking the No.2family seeds showed the maximum biomass of the stem and the whole seedling,being 0.164 and 0.622 g/seedling respectively.【Conclusion】Family is the dominant factor that influences the growth and biomass accumulation of C. glaucoides seedlings. The treatment combination of 1.5 and 2.5 g/L of GA3 solution soaking seeds can promote the growth and biomass accumulation of C. glaucoides seedlings,while the treatment combination of 25.0 and 50.0 mg/L 6-BA solution soaking seeds can facilitate the BD growth of C. glaucoides seedlings and biomass accumulation of the whole seedling and stems.
