微波和激素处理对滇青冈幼苗根叶生长及生物量的影响

摘  要:
采用U*12(1210)均匀设计对滇青冈种子进行微波辐射与GA3、IBA和IAA浸种试验,了解不同因素水平及其组合对滇青冈幼苗根长和叶长指标及生物量的影响。结果表明,(1)处理组合的根长、叶柄、叶长和叶宽18.35~24.80cm、0.43~0.63cm和3.27~6.32cm、1.53~2.71cm,地上及地下部分生物量分别为0.231~0.335g/株、0.147~0.231g/株;(2)影响根长的关键因子是GA3浸种,其高浓度的溶液浸种可促进根长的生长;(3)影响叶发育和地下烘干重的关键因子均是IAA浸种,适宜浓度的IAA溶液浸种促进叶发育的同时提高生物量的积累;(4)根长和地下烘干重的理论优水平组合均为无辐射,GA3和IAA的浓度分别为1.00g/L和0.40g/L,与实际一致,即GA3和IAA在促进根的生长的同时也提高生物量积累;(5)影响地上烘干重的关键因子是IBA浸种(负效应),其和微波辐射种子抑制根的生长和生物量的积累,但微波辐射却促进叶的发育。

摘  要:
The U*12( 1210) uniform design was applied to understand the effects of factorial level combinations( FLCs) and levels of microwave radiation and GA3,IBA,IAA presoaking seeds on young seedling root length,leaf parameters and biomass of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides. The results showed that,( 1) Root length,petiole and leaf length,leaf width, oven dried biomass of above-ground and under-ground organs of the FLCs were 18. 35 ~24. 80 cm,0. 43 ~ 0. 63 cm and 3. 27 ~ 6. 32 cm,1. 53 ~ 2. 71 cm,0. 231 ~ 0. 335 g / seedling and 0. 147 ~ 0. 231 g / seedling,respectively,which presented significant differences between the TLCs( P≈0. 000-0. 006<0. 01);( 2)The primary factor of influencing root length was GA3 presoaking seeds,and its high concentration solution could promote the growth of root length;( 3) The pivotal factor of influencing leaf development and underground oven-dried biomass were the IAA presoaking seeds,and the suitable IAA concentration solution presoaking seeds could facilitate leaf development and simultaneously increased biomass accumulation;( 4) The optimal theoretical FLC of root length and underground oven-dried biomass was non microwave radiation with 1. 00 g / L GA3 and 0. 40 g / L IAA solution presoaking seeds,which was consistent with the experimental practice,and GA3 and IAA had dual functions of facilitated root growth and enhanced biomass accumulation;( 5) The primary factor of influencing over-ground oven-dried biomass was IBA presoaking seeds( negative effects),IBA and microwave radiation seeds could restrain the growth of root length and biomass accumulations,while the microwave radiation could promote leaf development.
