摘  要:
运用亨盖特厌氧技术 ,从牛粪中获得了高温厌氧直接转化纤维素为乙醇的高纯度富集物 .该富集物中在数量上占绝对优势的是一大小为 0 .5 4μm× 4.86~ 9.72 μm的梭状芽孢杆菌 ( Clostridiumsp.) ,G+,芽孢圆形 ,直径为 0 .86~ 1.19μm,端生 .产乙醇最适温度为 5 5~ 60℃ ,最适 p H7.5 .该富集物能直接转化稻草和麦秆产乙醇 ,以稻草、麦秆为唯一碳源时最高乙醇浓度分别为 0 .2 5 7g/ L和 0 .12 9g/ L

摘  要:
A thermo enrichment which could anaerobically and directly convert cellulose to ethanol was obtained from fresh cow manure by Hungate anaerobic technique The dominant species in the enrichment is a bacterium in Clostridium , with size of 0 54 μm x 4 86~9 72 μm, G +, round spore with diameter of 0 86~1 19 μm The optimal temperature was 55 ℃ to 60 ℃ and the optimal pH was 7 5 for formation of ethanol The enrichment could converse directly rice and wheat straw to ethanol with the highest ethanol concentrations of 0 257 g/L and 0 129 g/L, respectively
