摘  要:
海洋动物中含有大量的活性肽,这些活性肽具有不同的功能特性。其中海洋动物寡肽具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、调节血糖、降低血脂、增强免疫力等重要的生物活性。对这些寡肽的结构,制备工艺,功能特性及其应用前景进行综述,为海洋药物和海洋功能食品的开发提供参考。

摘  要:
A lot of active peptides and proteins which have different functions were extracted from marine animals.Thereinto,oligopeptide have many important biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidation,antitumor,enhancing immunity,regulating blood sugar,lowering blood fat and so on.Giving a summary of preparations and functions of the oligopeptide from diffrent species marine animals,and providing a basis for the development of marine oligopeptide and active peptides.
