壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇-丙烯酸高吸水树脂的生物降解性能研究

摘  要:
采用培养基培养方法,考察了黑曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)和白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)利用壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇-丙烯酸高吸水树脂中碳源的生长情况,并对高吸水树脂作为未来生物农药白僵菌的载体进行了初步探索.扫描电镜分析表明,壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇-丙烯酸高吸水树脂具有一定的生物降解性.

摘  要:
The growth of Aspergillus flavus and Beauveria bassiana was examined in the medium with the carbon source of Chitosan-polyvinylalcohol-Acrylic acid Superabsorbent Polymers. The use of superabsorbent polymers as a vector for biopesticide beauveria bassiana was prospected. The scanning electron microscope analysis showed that Chitosan-polyvinylalcohol-Acrylic acid Superabsorbent Polymers possesses certain biodegradability.
