我国食品安全问题产生的原因及对策研究

摘  要:
通过对统计数据分析发现,我国食品安全的现状是总体安全水平不断地提高,但形势依然严峻。在此基础上,找出造成食品安全问题的主要原因是生产者生产水平和管理水平低;管理部门监管不力和检测技术落后;消费者食品安全意识薄弱。针对以上原因,采取的对策和建议是:提高生产者的生产水平和社会责任感;完善监管体制和法律法规;提高消费者的安全意识。

摘  要:
Through statistical data analysis,it was found that the current situation of food safety in China is constantly improving,but the situation is still grim. On this basis,it was found that the main causes of food safety problem include: low producer production level and management level,poor supervision and backward detection technology; consumers' weak consciousness about food safety. In view of the above reasons,countermeasures and the suggestions were put forward,such as improving the production level of the producer and sense of social responsibility; perfecting the regulatory system and laws and regulations; increasing the safety awareness of consumers.
