摘  要：
知识经济时代的林业是以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的林业,其发展道路必然是由传统的资源依赖型转向知识依赖型,因此采用团队学习的新方式大力开展林业职工培训尤为重要。当前林业职工培训在培训观念、技术人员、学习氛围和激励机制等方面较为欠缺,应采取措施推进林业单位团队学习和职工培训。

摘  要：
The forestry in the age of knowledge-based economy is a people-oriented and all-round coordinated industry with sustained development. It will be sure to undergo a transformation from traditional resource-dependent development to knowledge-dependent one. Therefore, it is of great importance to launch staff training by means of team learning. Currently, since it is unsatisfactory in the aspects of training concept, technical experts, learning environment and motivation mechanism in the course of staff training, some measures should be taken to promote the team learning and staff training in forestry departments.
