羊软骨粘多糖的酶法提取工艺研究

摘  要:
通过正交实验法分别研究单酶法提取次数和双酶法不同提取方式对羊软骨粘多糖提取率的影响,从而获得酶法提取羊软骨中粘多糖的最佳工艺。实验表明,双酶法水解方式比单酶法水解方式的粘多糖提取率要高,且先木瓜蛋白酶后胰蛋白酶方式比先胰蛋白酶后木瓜蛋白酶方式能获得更高的粘多糖提取率。

摘  要:
The effects of extraction times with one enzyme and the different treatments with two enzymes on the extraction rate of goat cartilage mucopolysaccharide were investigated by carrying out orthogonal experiments,and the optimum hydrolysis conditions for the extraction of goat cartilage mucopolysaccharide were obtained.The results showed that the extraction rate for the extraction with two enzymes were higher than those for the extraction with one enzyme.And the goat cartilage with papain-tryp sin treatment could be obtained higher mucopolysaccharide extraction rate.
