现代农业园区一二三产业融合发展思路-以韶山市银田为例

摘  要：
建立现代农业园区是促进农村一二三产业融合发展,保持农业农村经济发展旺盛活力的重要载体,是实现乡村振兴的有效途径之一.以韶山市银田现代农业示范园项目为研究对象,剖析了示范园建设环境,分析了示范园发展的有利条件和制约因素,提出了凸显"全域化发展,全景式打造"的发展理念、构建"一心两轴六区多点"总体空间格局、大力发展多类型的产业新业态、完善升级基础设施及公共服务设施的发展思路,以期为同类型地区现代农业示范园一二三产业融合发展提供经验借鉴.

摘  要：
The establishment of modern agricultural parks is an important carrier to promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and maintain the vigorous vitality of agricultural and rural economic development. It is one of the effective ways to realize the revitalization of the countryside. Taking the project of Shaoshan Yintian modern agricultural demonstration park as the research object, in order to provide experience for the integration and development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry in the modern agricultural demonstration garden in the same type. This paper analyzes the construction environment of the demonstration park, analyzes the favorable conditions and restrictive factors for the development of the demonstration park, puts forward the development concept of highlighting "all-regional development and panoramic construction", constructs the overall spatial pattern of "one center, two axis and six regions", vigorously develops various types of new industrial formats, improves the upgrading of infrastructure and public service facilities development ideas.
