榆耳天然复合防腐剂理化稳定性研究

摘  要:
[目的]为了明确榆耳天然复合防腐剂抑菌效果的理化稳定性。[方法]采用热稳定性试验、pH稳定性试验、金属离子的影响试验对榆耳天然复合防腐剂进行理化稳定性评测。[结果]榆耳天然复合防腐剂中的抑菌活性成分都具有极好的耐热性,121℃处理20min后仍有良好的抑菌活性,相对抑菌率高达75%以上;25~100℃抑菌活性基本不变,在pH为1~7时复配液有较好的抑菌活性,说明该复配液有良好的pH耐受能力,当pH大于8时抑菌活性完全丧失,不能耐受强碱的环境。金属离子中Mg离子略微对复配液抑菌活性有加强作用,Zn、Fe、Cu离子抑制复配液的抑菌活性。

摘  要:
[Objective]To determine physicochemical stability of antibacterial effect of Gloeostereum incarnatum natural compound preservative.[Method]By using the thermal stability test,pH stability experiment,the influence of metal ions experiment,the physicochemical stability of Gloeostereum incarnatum natural compound preservative was determined.[Result]The results of Gloeostereum incarnatum natural antibacterial active ingredients in compound preservative has excellent heat resistance,121 ℃ after 20 min still has good antibacterial activity,relative antibacterial rate is as high as 75% above. 25 ℃ to 100 ℃ bacteriostatic activity basically remain unchanged,when pH of 1 to 7 compound with liquid has good antibacterial activity,show that the distribution of fluid has good capability of pH tolerance,when pH greater than 8 bacteriostatic activity completely,can't tolerate alkali environment,Mg ion in metal ions on the distribution of liquid slightly bacteriostatic activity has strengthening effect,zinc liquid,Fe,Cu ion suppression of bacteriostatic activity.
