海鞘类抗菌肽的研究进展

摘  要:
抗菌肽(AMPs)是生物体先天性免疫防御体系中对抗细菌和真菌感染的的重要因子,近几年来,从海鞘类的血细胞中提取出多种抗菌肽,根据一级结构的不同将其分为三种类型:(1)线性α-螺旋结构的两性抗菌肽分子:包括clavanins,styelins和clavaspirin;(2)含有DOPA残基的抗菌肽分子:包括plicatamide和halocyamine;(3)含有二硫键的抗菌肽分子:包括halocidin和dicynthaurin。本文对这些抗菌肽的结构,功能,抗菌机制和应用前景进行了综述,并对抗菌肽在海鞘类自身防御中的作用进行了探讨。

摘  要:
Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs) are pivotal elements of the innate immune defense against bacterial and fungal infections. In recent years, some antimicrobial peptides have been discovered from the hemocytes of the ascidians, they are classtified into three groups: (1)Linear amphipathic,α-helical AMPs including clavanins,styelins and clavaspirin; (2)AMPs with DOPA including plicatamide and halocyamine; (3) AMPs with a single disulfide bridge including halocidin and dicynthaurin. This review discusses the structures, functions, antimicrobial mechanism and potential uses of these peptides.The role of antimicrobial peptides in the host immunity defense is also addressed.
