本文研究了滚筒转速对炒干机的机械性能和制茶质量的影响,通过不同级别鲜叶的制茶试验,结合对国内主要炒干机的转速和性能分析,确定了二青作业的最佳筒体转速,为合理选择炒干机的工作转速提供了设计依据.

摘  要:
The present work dealt with effect of rotating speed of the drum of tea roasting machine on mechanical performance and processed tea quality. Through processing experiment with various grades of tea leaf and analyzing major kinds of drum type tea roasting machines, the optimum drum speed used in primary drying process was ascertained and recommended to be served as theoretical basis for determining rotating speed of the drum of roasting machines.
