洛克沙胂在土壤中的吸附特性

摘  要:
洛克沙胂是广泛使用的畜禽促生长有机胂饲料添加剂,主要以原形从粪便排出,并随有机肥使用污染土壤。采用平衡振荡法研究了洛克沙胂在不同深度土壤中的吸附,结果表明,其吸附过程更符合Fettre线性模型,吸附常数在0.1941~0.5979。根据土壤有机吸附常数和吸附自由能的大小对洛克沙胂的移动性能进行了评价,认为其在3种土壤中均以物理吸附为主,且具有较高的移动性。通过对吸附常数Kd与土壤有机质含量、CEC和土壤溶液pH值的关系进行分析,发现土壤有机质含量、CEC量和土壤溶液pH值在吸附过程中均属支配因素,Kd与土壤有机质含量、CEC量、土壤溶液pH值呈负相关。

摘  要:
The adsorption of roxarsone, an animal feed additive widely used for growth stimulation, was investigated using the batch equilibration technique. The results showed that the adsorption isotherms of roxarsone in soils fitted the Fetter linear equation well, with the adsorption values calculated by Fetter equation, being 0.194 1~0.597 9. Based on the KOC values and the free energy of roxarsone adsorption in soils, the mobility of roxarsone in soils was evaluated, and the results showed that roxarsone performed higher translocation and the physical adsorption was the main form in the three soils. There were negatively correlations between Kd with OM, CEC contents and the pH of soil solutions. The Kd values increased with decreasing of organic matter (OM), cation exchange capacity (CEC) content and the pH values of soil solution, indicating that OM, CEC contents and the pH of soil solutions were the dominating factors influencing the roxarsone retention in all of the systems.
