摘  要:
以黄淮地区主要栽培的有限和亚有限 2种结荚习性的 6个大豆品种为材料 ,分析不同结荚部位籽粒的蛋白质和脂肪含量 ,结果表明 :两种结荚习性的大豆品种 ,其籽粒蛋白质含量均是上部最高、中部次之、下部最低 ;而脂肪含量则与之相反

摘  要:
Six soybean varieties that were grown in Yellow River and Huaihe River Valleys were used as material in this experiment.The six soybean varieties included determination and semi-determination two growth habits.The content of protein and oil in soybean seeds in the different pod parts was analyzed.The results showed: the content of protein in up part seeds was highest,the next was in middle,while the content of protein in low part was the lowest.But the content of oil in soybean seeds is opposite to the content of protein.
