饲料中添加不同锌源及锌水平对固始鸡和AA肉鸡免疫功能的影响研究

摘  要:
为探讨饲料中添加不同锌源和锌水平对固始鸡和AA肉鸡免疫功能的影响,将400只固始鸡公雏和相同数量的AA肉鸡公雏分别随机分为10组,进行不同锌源和锌添加水平处理的试验。试验周期为6周,分别在第2、3、4、5和6周龄时进行空腹称重,颈部放血屠宰;分离鸡的脾脏、法氏囊和胸腺;血清用于测定新城疫抗体水平和碱性磷酸酶活性。结果表明:(1)品种间的免疫器官发育、血清碱性磷酸酶活性和新城疫抗体水平均存在显著差异,免疫器官相对重量的大小与新城疫抗体水平没有直接相关。(2)不同锌源对肉鸡脾脏、胸腺相对重量无显著影响,但氨基酸络合锌极显著增加法氏囊相对重量;氧化锌极显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性;氨基酸络合锌极显著提高肉鸡新城疫抗体水平。(3)饲料中锌添加水平对肉鸡脾脏和胸腺相对重量没有显著影响,但60 mg/kg水平锌添加时法氏囊相对重量最大;随着锌添加水平的增加,新城疫抗体水平呈线性提高;60 mg/kg以上锌添加水平提高肉鸡血清碱性磷酸酶活性。总之,日粮锌添加对肉鸡免疫器官发育、抗体水平产生不同程度的改善,日粮中添加60 mg/kg的锌可满足固始鸡和AA肉的正常免疫功能。

摘  要:
The present study was conducted to investigate effects of different zinc sources and levels on immune function in Gushi chicken and AA broilers. Four hundred male Gushi chicken at 1 day and 400 male AA broilers at 1 day old were random divided into 10 groups,respectively. They were fed with different zinc sources( Zn SO4·H2O,Zn O and Zn AA) and levels( 30,60 and 120 mg / kg) in the diet. The experiment was last 6 weeks. Birds were slaughtered by bloodletting. Spleen,bursa of fabricius and thymus were collected and weighted. Sera were separated for measuring antibody titers of Newcastle disease( ND) and activities of alkaline phosphatase( AKP). The results indicated that development of immune organs,activity of AKP and the antibody titers of ND were significant differenceamong different strains,but no direct relativity on the relative weight of immune organs and the antibody titers of ND. In addition,zinc source had no significant effects on the relative weight of spleen and bursa of fabricus,but the amino acid complex zinc could significant improve the relative weight on thymus; and Zn O could significant improve the activity of AKP; the amino acid complex zinc could significant improve the antibody titers of ND. Furthermore,zinc levels in diets had no effects on the relative weight of spleen and thymus in broilers,but the relative weight of the bursa of fabricus in 60 mg / kg addition zinc level was the largest. The antibody titers of ND was linearly improved by improving the zinc level. When the addition of zinc level above 60 mg / kg could improve the activity of AKP. In brief,the addition of zinc in diets had a positive effect on broiler development of immune organs and the antibody titers,and 60 mg / kg addition zinc could satisfy the normal immune function in Gushi and AA broilers.
