黑木耳富集沙棘黄酮栽培效果研究

摘  要:
研究了在黑木耳栽培料中添加不同比例(5%、10%、20%、30%)的沙棘果渣,进行不同黑木耳品种(黑威29、黑威11)出耳试验,结果表明,添加5%~20%的沙棘果渣对各品种菌丝生长均有促进作用,黑木耳产量比对照组有明显增加,并且相应生产的黑木耳总黄酮含量也有明显增加(差异极显著p<0.001)。证明利用废弃的沙棘果渣栽培黑木耳实际可行,并能提高黑木耳中总黄酮的含量。

摘  要:
The cultivation of Auricularia auricular with the compound added the marc of seabuckthorn in different proportions(5%,10%,20%,30%) were studied.Different strains of Auricularia auricular(Heiwei 29,Heiwei 11) were used.The results showed that the cultivation materials added 5%~20% the marc of seabuckthorn can stimulate the mycelial growth of Auricularia auricular and increase the production significantly compared with the control group.And the total flavonoids in Auricularia au-ricular had been improved significantly(p<0.001).It is practicable to cultivate Auricularia auricular by 5%~20% the marc of Seabuckthorn which were abandoned usually.The total flavonoids content in Auricularia auricular were enhanced.
