摘  要:
The changes of four isozyme of Hemibarbus maculates and its main embryonic and larva development were analyzed by the method of polyacrylamide gel elecrophoresis. The results showed that the activities of EST, LDH and MDH were different at different developmental stages, while SOD was similar. EST isozyme was not detected before hatching and four bands were found during all larva stages with their activities enhanced; the expressions of LDH, MDH were complicated and multivariant, but stable after Yolk-sac larva stages; only one band was found on SOD isozyme in every developmental periods. The results suggest that EST, LDH and MDH isozyme activities expressed in sequence during embryonic and larvae development, which provides energy substances for the formation of tissues, organs and systems, and guaranties the feeding of larvae.
