花胚胎和仔鱼发育的初步研究

摘  要:
本文报道了采用胸鳍基部一次注射LRHA-A2和DOM催产花亲鱼,采用平铺、悬挂、底层漂浮棕榈皮鱼巢三种接卵方式及流水条件下遮光、不遮光,静水条件下遮光、不遮光四种不同孵化方式的试验结果。在水温18.2~19.8℃条件下,花胚胎发育需140 h破膜。观察了胚后组织、器官、系统生理发育过程,该鱼在破膜后52h进入混合营养期。不可逆点(PNR)为仔鱼破膜后第8d。

摘  要:
This paper reported experiment results that LRHA_A2 and DOM was injected into the base of pectoral fin of Hemibarbus maculates Bieeker,three sorts of receiving egg means were used that palm barks were laid flatly the bottom of pond,hung under water face and at middle level of water body,and four sorts of incubation means were used that eggs were hatched at light and no light under running water and still water.At 18.2-19.8℃ of water temperature embryo of H.maculates hatched till 140 hour.Development course of organization and organs of embryo of H.maculates was described,the larvae growing to mixed nutrive stage at 52 hour after incubation was found.The point-of-no-return(PNR) was the eighth day after incubation.
