不同提取方法对山楂总黄酮含量的影响

摘  要:
考察了几种提取方法对山楂果总黄酮提取率的影响。同时,采用超高压提取法、超声波法、微波法、索氏提取法获得山楂提取液。超高压提取法山楂总黄酮提取率最高,为5.44%,其次是索式法,为5.12%;超声波法4.66%;微波法提取率最低,为3.76%。以50%乙醇为溶剂,300MPa超高压提取3min,提取效率较高,且提取液杂质少,超高压提取是一种较为理想的提取方法。

摘  要:
Objective To study on effects of extraction methods on yield of flavonoids from hawthorn.Methods Ultrahigh pressure extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method,microwave extraction method and soxhlet extraction were used to extract flavonoids from Hawthorn.Results The ultrahigh pressure extraction method achieved the highest yield of 5.44%,the next is soxhlet extraction,5.12%;ultrasonic extraction method,4.66%;microwave extraction method,3.76%.Conclusion The best extraction factor is solvent of 50% ethanol,extraction pressure of 300mPa and extraction time of 3 min.The ultrahigh pressure extraction method is the best among the extraction methods used.
