我国食品召回制度现状及建议

摘  要：
建立健全食品召回安全机制,已成为许多国家调控食品安全监督管理的新型理念和重要手段,由于对内经济发展和对外贸易发展所需,我国也在逐步完善相关的食品安全法规,食品召回制度就是其中的一项重要内容。食品召回制度的实施有助于保障公共食品安全和维护消费者的合法权益,但是与发达国家和地区相比,我国的食品召回制度在立法和实践上都存在缺陷,亟待完善。文章通过解析食品召回制度,了解发达国家发展现状并结合我国实际,提出完善我国食品召回制度的建议。

摘  要：
Establish and improve the food recalls security mechanism,has become many countries regulate food safety supervision and management of the new idea and important means,as needed by the domestic economic development and foreign trade development,our country also in gradually improve relevant food safety laws and regulations,food recall system is one of the important content.The implementation of the food recallsystem help protect public food safety and safe guard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but compared with developed countries and regions,our country's food recall system flaws in legislation and practice,to be perfect.Through parsing the food recall system and underst and the current situation of the development of the developed countries and combined with the reality of our country,put forward the suggestion of perfecting our country's food recall system.
