双孢蘑菇原种培养基的筛选

摘  要：
在双孢蘑菇(Agaricusbisporus)工厂化栽培过程中,各级菌种培养料的选择对双孢蘑菇的生产周期及质量至关重要。研究对双孢蘑菇原种(也称二级菌种)培养基配方进行了筛选,从污染情况、菌丝状态和生长速度三个方面系统地研究了双孢蘑菇原种在不同培养基上的生长情况,结果是原种在晾晒12h的玉米粒培养基较其他晾晒时间及麦粒培养基上表现出生长快的优势,菌丝生长速度较为一致,满瓶时间也较为整齐,可作为双孢菇原种种生产时的培养基质,研究还发现加入石膏粉的玉米粒培养基的污染率明显少于无石膏粉的玉米粒培养基。

摘  要：
In the course of factory culture of Agaricus bisporus,the choice of the cultivation material at all levels is essential to the production cycle and quality of Agaricus bisporus.This research has carried syste-matically on screening to different culture medium for Agaricus bisporus original seed from the pollution situation,the hypha condition and the growth speed.The results showed that original seed of Agaricus bisporus grown in corn kernels medium which was dried for 12 h displayed better characters than the medium dried for different hours and wheat kernels culture medium on superiority of quick growth,consistent growth speed of hypha and the full bottletime,it was concluded that this kind of medium may be used as suitable medium for the cultivation of original seed of Agaricus bisporus.It was also found that the pollution rate of corn kernels medium mixed with gypsum powder was obviously lower those without gypsum powder.
