摘要：

阐述磷肥工业现状、主要成绩、存在的主要问题。介绍“十一五”磷肥工业发展策略及目标,到2020年,磷肥生产能力达1 620万t P2O5,产量达1 320~1 350万t P2O5,高浓度磷肥产量占磷肥总产量的65%~70%。并提出了建议国家采取的政策措施。

摘要：

The present situation of China's phosphate fertilizer industry,important achievements and some problems are reviewed.The tactics and goal for development of China's phosphate fertilizer industry during the period of the Eleventh FiveYear Plan are described,by the year of 2020,there will be annual capacity of 16.20 million ton P_2O_5,output of 13.20～13.50 million ton P_2O_5 with the proportion of 65%～70% in highanalysis phosphate and compound fertilizer.Some measures and proposals to the center government are also submitted.
