磷肥工业高化学需氧量含氟废水的治理新技术

摘  要:
针对广东湛化集团有限公司高化学需氧量(COD)含氟废水,采用电催化技术,并加入新型高效除氟剂和除氟助剂处理废水,为解决传统钙盐沉淀法渣量大、沉淀时间长、排放废水中COD和氟化物浓度超标等问题找到了有效途径,COD去除率可达95%以上,实现废水达标排放.

摘  要:
Based on the wastewater with high concentration COD and fluorine in phosphate fertilizer industry of Guangdong Zhanhua Group Co., Ltd., the electric catalytic technology and new high efficient defluorine agent and defluorine aids are applied in order to solve the problems of traditional calcium salt precipitation method,such as large amount of slag, long settling time, exceeding COD and fluoride in discharge wastewater. The removal rate of COD can reach more than 95%,realizing the wastewater discharging standard.
