回顾近 5 0年我国磷肥工业的布局 ,可概括为 :“八五”前众多以低浓度产品为主的磷肥企业 ,按照“侧重市场、兼顾资源”的原则布局 ;“八五”计划中 ,把“靠近资源产地与靠近市场”两者并列 ;“八五”以后 ,在建设高浓度产品为主的磷肥企业的布局 ,基本按“矿肥结合、酸肥结合”。在向市场经济转轨的过程中 ,经竞争淘汰 ,现存的企业基本上是位于资源有保证或运输条件较好的地区。我国磷肥工业的布局已基本确立 ,未来可能会有局部的调整、优化 ,但不会有太大的变化

摘要：

The layout of phosphate fertilizer industry in China in the past fifty years can be summarized as follows: before the "Eighth FiveYear Plan"(hereinafter, the "Plan"), the numerous phosphate enterprises manufacturing lowconcentrated products were arranged geographically according to the principle of "depending on the marked, with an eye on the resources"; during the implementation of the plan, the principle was the combination of "being close to the origins of the resources and being close to the markets"; in the years after the Plan, the layout of the construction of highconcentrated products enterprises, the guiding principle has been "fertilizer enterprises be based on mines and/or acid". In the course of the transition to the marketoriented economy, through the market selection mechanism, the extant enterprises are mostly located in the areas where the resources can be guaranteed, with convenient transportation conditions. The layout of phosphate fertilizer industry in China has been established basically, and in the future, some local and/or partial adjustments and improvements are possible, but no marginal changes are expected.
