摘  要：
噬菌体是一种营细菌生存的病毒,具有感染和裂解细菌的特性,且杀菌的高度特异性与细菌耐药无关,是可取代抗生素控制鲑鳟鱼细菌性疾病的新宠。本文通过介绍噬菌体的生物学特性,综述鲑鳟鱼致病菌相关的噬菌体研究新进展,结合鲑鳟鱼致病菌的特性探讨了噬菌体研究的问题及应对措施,以期为噬菌体在鲑鳟鱼细菌病防治中的应用提供参考。

摘  要：
Phage as a kind of virus has been used in the control of bacterial diseases owing to fact that phages can live in, infect and even kill bacteria. The massive and inappropriate uses of antibiotics lead to the existence of the drug resistant bacteria, even though antibiotics can cause the death of normal bacteria, and then phage is focused again on an alternate choice for the bacterial diseases control. This paper reviews the recent researches on the phage that associated with the bacterial pathogens in salmon and trout. More importantly, the possible problems of the further research on phage and the solving approaches are discussed based on the characteristics of bacterial pathogens in salmon and trout, which may make positive effects on the development of the phage control of bacterial diseases in salmon and trout.
