9种鹅绒藤属(萝藦科)植物种子微形态特征研究

摘要：

利用数码体视镜和环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)对9种鹅绒藤属(Cynanchum Linn.)植物种子微形态特征进行观测。结果表明,该属植物种子形状、大小及表皮纹饰在各个种间存在差异,催吐白前组(C.Sect.Vincetoxicum)中种子外观、种子大小及种皮纹饰等方面具有相对一致性,牛皮消组(C.Sect.Endotropis)种皮纹饰特征明显不同,主要表现在于牛皮消(C.auriculatum)表面凹陷呈嚼烂状,网孔不规则,而峨眉牛皮消(C.giraldii)表面凹陷呈网状,网孔较规则。本文研究结果支持《中国植物志(第63卷)》中对催吐白前组的分组处理。

摘要：

Seed morphology characters of 9 species of Cynanchum Linn. were observed under stereoscope and environmental scanning electron microscope( ESEM). The results showed that the seeds of Cynanchum had some differences in shape,size and epidermal ornamentation among species. Seeds of Cynanchum Sect. Vincetoxicum were relative consistency in appearance,size and epidermal ornamentation. Seed ornamentation characteristics in Cynanchum Sect. Endotropis were significantly different. The seed surface of C. auriculatum presents immersed rumination,irregular mesh and that of C. giraldii immersed reticulation with more regular mesh. These results supported the treatment of C. Sect. Vincetoxicum in Flora reipublicae Popularis sinicae( Vol. 63).
