试论家鸭血清前白蛋白(Prealbumin)表现型在品种分类上的应用

摘  要：
家鸭血清前白蛋白表现型有8种(Pa~(0-1)、Pa~(1-1)、Pa~(1-2)、Pa~(2-1)、Pa~(0-2)、Pa~(2-0)、Pa~(2-2))。它们是等显性遗传的。在育成品种中,其血清前白蛋白的某一表现型出现的频率超过75%;在其他鸭中,血清前白蛋白的任一表现型出现的频率均低于75%,故可作为一个地方品种或生态种群看待。

摘  要：
There are 8 kinds of serum prealbumin phenotypes in the domestic duck (Pa 1-1, Pa 0-1, Pa 1-0, Pa 1-2, Pa 2-1, Pa 0-2, Pa 2-0, Pa 2-2). They arc codominant. In the developed breeds the one whose phenotype frequeney is over 75% can be defined as variant but in the other ducks, the one whose phenotype frequency is below 75% can be regarded as a geographical population or an ecological population.
