蝇蛆蛋白对中华鳖血清生化指标及非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
在室内、外养殖试验中将家蝇蛆磨成蝇浆,按一定比例配以卵磷脂、几丁寡糖和多种维生素制成蝇蛆蛋白,研究其对中华鳖血液生化指标及非特异性免疫功能的影响。在水温(25±1)℃的室内养殖试验中,将36只体质量(248.15±17.10)g的中华鳖,随机分成3组(重复3次,每重复4只)饲养在120cm×60cm×55cm水族箱中,分别投喂基础饲料、15%蝇蛆蛋白+基础饲料、30%蝇蛆蛋白+基础饲料,养殖180d。室外养殖池面积为0.5hm~2,鳖体质量(294.05±12.265)g,每口池塘放雄鳖7200只,投喂基础饲料和15%蝇蛆蛋白+基础饲料,养殖120d。试验结果表明,室内养殖的中华鳖摄食添加15%和30%蝇蛆蛋白时,血清总蛋白、总胆汁酸、甘油三酯含量及碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶及溶菌酶活性均显著高于对照组;15%添加组中华鳖的血清生化指标除血清总蛋白显著低于30%添加组外,总胆汁酸和甘油三酯含量与30%添加组差异不显著;虽然15%添加组的碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于30%添加组,但酸性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性则显著高于30%添加组。室外养殖试验结果表明,投喂添加15%蝇蛆蛋白饲料组的中华鳖血清总蛋白、总胆汁酸、甘油三酯含量、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶及溶菌酶活性均显著高于投喂基础饲料组。攻毒试验结果表明,投喂15%蝇蛆蛋白的中华鳖累积死亡率(26.67%)显著低于对照组(83.33%),相对保护率为67.99%。室内外养殖结果证明,在饲料中添加15%蝇蛆蛋白能增强中华鳖的非特异性免疫功能。

摘  要:
Two feeding trials were conducted to investigate the effects of housefly maggot(Musca domestica)protein supplemented with lecithin,chitosan and vitamins on serum biochemical indices and nonspecific immunity of soft shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis.Thirty-six individuals of soft shelled turtle with body weight of(248.15 ±17.10)g were reared in a 120 cm×60 cm×55 cm tank and fed on one of the experimental diets supplemented with 0%,15% and 30% housefly maggot protein in a laboratory at water temperature of(25±1)℃ for 180 d with triplication.Soft shelled turtle with body weight of(294.05±12.265)g were stocked into an outdoor tank with 0.5 hm2 at a density of 7200 individuals and fed on one of the experimental diets supplemented with 0% and 15% housefly maggot protein for 120 d.Results showed that the levels of serum protein,total bile acid,and triglyceride,and activities of alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase and lysozyme were significantly higher in soft shelled turtle fed the diets containing15% and 30% housefly maggot protein than those in the soft shelled turtle in the control group.The soft shelled turtle fed the diet containing 15% housefly maggot protein had lower serum biochemical indices than the turtle fed the diet containing 30% housefly maggot protein did,without significant differences in levels of total bile acid and triglyceride in both groups.The soft shelled turtle in 15% housefly maggot protein group had lower alkaline phosphatase activity and higher acid phosphatase and lysozyme activities than the soft shelled turtle in 30% housefly maggot protein group.Considering the housefly maggot production cost,it is suggested that supplementation with 15% housefly maggot protein was optimal for soft shelled turtle culture.The toxic challenge test revealed that there was significantly lower mortality(26.67%)in the turtle fed the diet containing 15% housefly maggot protein than that in control group(83.33%),indicating that the housefly maggot protein is a good food source for soft shelled turtle,resulting in significant increase in serum biochemical index and nonspecific immunity.
