蝇蛆蛋白在畜牧生产中应用的研究进展

摘  要:
我国作为农业大国,正面临蛋白质资源紧缺的严重问题。而蝇蛆蛋白作为新型动物蛋白来源受到学者的广泛关注。蝇蛆蛋白富含多种活性物质,可改善动物的生产性能,研究表明,选用蝇蛆蛋白替代豆粕、鱼粉等在畜牧生产中效果甚佳。文章因此简述了蝇蛆蛋白的研究进展,为其在畜牧生产中的应用提供理论参考。

摘  要:
As a large agricultural country, China is facing serious problems of protein resources shortage. The fly maggot protein has attracted extensive attention as a source of new animal proteins. The maggot protein is rich in a variety of active substances, which can improve the performance of animal's production. Studies have shown that the use of maggot protein instead of soybean meal and fish meal is very effective in livestock production. Therefore, this paper briefly describes the research progress of maggot protein and provides a theoretical reference for its application in livestock production.
