蝇蛆活性蛋白对清远麻鸡生长、肉质及抗病力的影响

摘  要:
采用室内笼养、室外圈养与山地散养方法,测定了蝇蛆活性蛋白鸡饲料对清远麻鸡生长、抗病力及肉质营养成分的影响。结果表明,用蝇蛆活性蛋白饲养室内笼养清远麻鸡,其日增重和成活率均显著高于用普通饲料饲养的鸡,而料肉比则显著低于普通饲料饲养的清远鸡;与直接饲喂鲜虫的比较,虽然投喂鲜虫与用蝇蛆活性蛋白饲养的效果差异不显著,但用蝇蛆活性蛋白饲养仍比投喂鲜虫的好。在此基础上,室外圈养测定了蝇蛆活性蛋白不同添加量对鸡生长性能的影响,结果以添加10%的蝇蛆活性蛋白最为适宜。山地散养表明,饲喂蝇蛆活性蛋白的清远麻鸡,不仅生长速度快,耗料量少,且抗病力大大增强。对鸡肉营养成分分析表明,无论是室内笼养或山地散养,用蝇蛆活性蛋白饲养的清远鸡,其鸡肉蛋白质含量均比普通饲料饲养的高,脂肪比普通饲料饲养的低,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比值(EAA/TAA)、呈味氨基酸占总氨基酸的比值(DAA/TAA)及不饱和脂肪酸(USFA)占总脂肪的比值均比普通饲料饲养的高。以上结果证明,利用蝇蛆活性蛋白饲养清远鸡,可显著促进鸡生长,提高鸡成活率和饲料报酬率,有效改善鸡肉的营养组成,使肉质鲜嫩、味美,营养价值更高。

摘  要:
In this study,the effects of the diet containing housefly maggot proteins on the growth,disease resistance and meat nutrients of Qingyuan Partridge Chickens were examined. The chickens were reared in three different ways:indoor cages,outdoor enclosure,and mountain range. The results showed that the indoor cage reared chickens fed with the maggot protein diet had significantly higher weight gain and survival rate but lower feed/meat ratio than the ones fed with normal diet. No significant difference for weight gain,survival rate and feed/meat ratio was found between the chickens fed with fresh insects and with the diet containing maggot proteins. For outdoor enclosure rearing,different levels of maggot proteins in the diet on growth performance of chickens were examined. Our results revealed that supplementation of 10% maggot proteins in the feed was most effective. For mountain range rearing,Qingyuan Chicken fed with the maggot protein diet grew faster and consumed less feed. The maggot protein-fed chickens had greatly enhanced resistance to disease. Chicken meat nutritional analyses showed that for chickens reared in indoor cages and mountain range,protein content and ratio of essential or delicious amino acids over total amino acids (EAA/TAA,DAA/TAA) in the chickens fed with the maggot protein diet were higher than in those fed with regular diet. Moreover,the maggot protein diet increased the ratio of unsaturated fatty acids (USFA) over total fatty acids and decreased the fat content in chicken meat. These results suggest that the feed containing fly maggot proteins significantly improved the growth,survival rate,feed conversion ratio,meat nutritional composition and quality of the Qingyuan Chicken.
