犬的异源红细胞输血研究

摘  要：
用α-半乳糖苷酶对猪血红细胞进行处理后,输入到犬的体内,观察输血前后犬的临床指标变化,并检测其血常规和尿常规指标.待犬的临床指标和尿常规、血常规指标都恢复正常后进行第2次输血,以探讨异源猪红细胞输给犬的可能性.结果表明,2次输血均未引起明显的临床异常反应,提示猪红细胞用于犬异源输血存在可能性.

摘  要：
The pig’s erythrocytes treated with α-galactosidase enzymes were transfused into canine. The clinical indices of canine were observed before and after transfusion, and the blood and urine indicators were tested. Then the second transfusion was conducted after dog’s urine and blood indicators returned to normal, to explore the possibility of heterologous transfusion. The results showed that the blood transfusion at two time did not result in abnormal clinical reaction. It is feasible that pig’s red blood cell could be transfused to dogs.
