巴西烟叶生产与卷烟市场及公共政策研究

摘  要：
得益于其较为优越的地理位置和气候条件,巴西已成为全球重要的烟叶生产与出口国,随着跨国烟草公司的进入,国内烟叶与卷烟市场也逐渐趋向多元化发展,卷烟价格在政府多次提高税率之后也随之增长。为了抑制卷烟消费,政府还出台了卷烟零售价格的最低限价。在公共卫生政策方面,政府计划出台香味烟禁令以达到其控烟之目的。

摘  要：
Benefit from the unique geographical location and climatic condition,Brazil has become an important tobacco producing and exporting country in the world,with the entry of the multinational cigarette companies,the tobacco market and the cigarette industry have gradually become more diversified,the price of cigarettes have been raised gradually while the government has been rise the cigarette tax rate.In order to curb cigarette consumption,Brazil government also introduced a minimum price for the retail price.In public health policy,the government intends to introduce the ban of flavored cigarettes in order to achieve its tobacco control purpose.
