摘  要：
巴西是全球重要的农业生产国,也是全球化肥最大进口国和消费国之一,是我国磷酸一铵的最大出口市场.由于其国内供应能力不足,化肥对外依存度高达85%,造成农业产业链安全性和生产成本高度不可控.巴西政府2022年已经启动国家肥料计划,以增加化肥国内供应能力和减少对外依存度.阐述巴西的农业概况,介绍其肥料的生产、消费、进口现状和施肥水平,分析巴西化肥产业存在的问题,介绍巴西国家肥料计划,并展望其未来需求.通过和巴西农业、畜牧业和食品供应部的交流以及其国内现状分析,认为巴西在相当长时间内始终是全球化肥贸易的活跃地,希望我国企业利用好中国磷复肥工业协会搭建的交流平台,加大走出去步伐,积极开拓南美市场.

摘  要：
Brazil is an important agricultural producer in the world,also one of the world's largest importers and consumers of fertilizers,and China's largest export market for monoammonium phosphate.Due to the lack of domestic supply capacity,the dependence of fertilizer from abroad is as high as 85%,resulting in the insecurity of the agricultural industry chain and the production cost uncontrollable.The Brazilian government has launched the National Fertilizer Program in 2022 to increase domestic supply capacity and reduce foreign dependence on fertilizers.The agricultural situation in Brazil is elaborated;The production,consumption,import status and fertilization level are introduced;The problems in Brazil's fertilizer industry are analyzed;Brazilian National Fertilizer Program is introduced;Its future needs are analyzed.Through the exchange with the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture,Livestock and Food Supply and its domestic fertilizer analysis,it is believed that Brazil will be an active place in the global fertilizer trade for a long time.It is hoped that China's enterprises can make good use of the exchange platform built by China Phosphate and Compound Fertilizer Industry Association,increase the pace of going out,and actively develop the South American market.
