摘  要：
为研究饲粮中添加蒲公英提取物对罗非鱼生长性能、形体指标及血液生化指标的影响,试验选取240尾体重接近的健康奥尼罗非鱼鱼苗,随机分为对照组和试验1、2、3组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的蒲公英提取物,试验期为60 d。试验结果表明:试验2组平均末重较对照组提高9.6%(P <0.05);相比于对照组,试验1、2组增重率分别提高7.2%、11.1%(P <0.05),肥满度分别降低6.0%、6.9%(P <0.05),肠系膜脂肪指数分别降低7.8%、11.3%(P <0.05),血清中球蛋白浓度分别增加7.5%、12.8%(P <0.05),甘油三脂浓度分别降低14.7%、19.2%(P <0.05),而试验1、2、3组血清中胆固醇浓度较对照组分别降低10.6%、14.9%、7.0%(P <0.05),其余指标差异不显著(P> 0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加蒲公英提取物能改善罗非鱼生长性能、形体指标及血液生化指标,当添加量为0.4%时效果最佳。

摘  要：
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of dandelion extracts on growth performance,body indices and blood biochemical indexes of tilapia. 240 healthy tilapia with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into control group and test groups 1,2 and 3. In the test group,0.2%,0.4% and0.8% dandelion extracts were added to the diet. The experimental peried was 60 days. The results showed that compare with the control group,the mean final weight of group 2 was 9.6% higher than the control group(P <0.05). And weight gain rate of groups 1,2 were 7.2% and 11.1% higher(P < 0.05) than the control group,a full degree were reduced by 6.0% and 6.9%(P < 0.05),mesenteric fat index were reduced by 7.8% and 11.3%(P< 0.05),serum globulin concentration of groups 1,2 were 7.5% and 12.8% higher(P < 0.05) than the control group,triglyceride were reduced by 14.7% and 19.2%(P < 0.05). The cholesterol in serum of groups 1,2 and 3 were decreased by 10.6%,14.9% and 7.0%(P < 0.05).The results indicated that dandelion extract could improve the growth performance,body indices and blood biochemical indexes of tilapia.
